Start by boiling your ramen until just cooked; you want it to be soft but still bouncy. In a separate pan, melt some butter and sauté minced garlic until it’s golden and aromatic. Add chili flakes, gochujang (or your favorite hot sauce), and the ramen seasoning packet. Stir in a little milk to create a creamy base, then add your choice of cheese and let it melt into a smooth, cheesy sauce. Toss in the noodles and mix until every strand is perfectly coated in the rich, cheesy goodness.

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
Boil the ramen noodles until just cooked; drain and set aside

Stir in chili flakes, gochujang or hot sauce, and the ramen flavor packet
Pour in the milk and stir to create a creamy sauce
